Nor Suriani Mohd Azhar

Suriani Azhar holds an LLB (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2009 and Advance Diploma In Syariah Law and Practice (DLSA) in 2009.

She was then called to the Bar in 2010 and currently holds the position of Senior Associate in the firm.

She has extensive knowledge in the real estate field, sale and purchase of property and corporate financing.

She has undertaken work for reputable developers in Malaysia such as SP Setia Berhad, OSK Property and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB). She is also familiar working with loan documents for both conventional and Islamic by banks such as CIMB Bank, Malayan Banking, RHB Bank, OCBC Bank and UOB Bank.

Norhazira Abu Haiyan

Norhazira graduated with a double degree, Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) in 2010 and Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (Hons.) in 2011, from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She then obtained a Master of Comparative Law (MCL) in 2016 from IIUM.

She has gained significant experience in General Litigation practice especially Civil Litigation, where she has handled contractual disputes, defamation, tort of misfeasance, land related disputes, election petition, probate and letter of administration, constitutional disputes, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

She has equipped herself with outstanding advocacy skills valuable to court proceedings as well as out of court settlements. She has assisted and conducted trials, hearings and other proceedings for various contentious matters involving high profile cases litigated before the High Court and the appellate courts in Malaysia.

Nurshafiqa Balqish Jaffri

Nurshafiqa Balqish graduated with LLB (HONS) from Multi Media University in the year 2013. She was then called to the bar in the year 2015.

She has been handling criminal trials including drugs offences especially drug trafficking, robbery, arm robbery, theft, bribery etc.

She also handles criminal appeals in the High Court, Court of Appeal in Malaysia, civil cases relating Joint Management Body, Land, Contract’s and Defamation cases.
