Our Consultant, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Zulkefli graduated in Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) (Hons.) in University of Malaya and completed his Master of Laws (LLM) in University of London in 1983.

He was Deputy Public Prosecutor at Attorney General Chambers in 1976, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Kuala Lumpur in 1979 and in 1982, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri was appointed as Federal Counsel under Income Tax Department.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri had served as a Legal Advisor in many government sectors; Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Housing and Local Government. In 1984, he was appointed as Senior Federal Counsel of Income Tax Department, and later was appointed as State Legal Adviser in Johor in 1992. He was also appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Board in Prime Minister’s Department until 1994.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri had served as Judicial Commissioner in High Court of Taiping, Perak and later became a Judge of High Court of Malaya.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri was also appointed as Chairman Appeal Board to the Board of Engineers Malaysia, as a Judge of Special Court by the Council of Rulers, a member of the Advisory Council, Faculty of Laws in University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur and as Judicial Appointment Commission (JAC).

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri was appointed as President Court of Appeal and a Judge of the Syariah Court of Appeal, Perak.

​

He was also appointed as Arbitrator and Mediator of AIAC, Kuala Lumpur.
